Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LAVAYACHY. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your package.

Here's our simple returns process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at lavayachy@gmail.com to initiate the return process
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or order confirmation
  4. Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days
  6. Return, refund & exchange is not acceptable for customized orders
  7. kindly make a video of receiving the order from courier boy along with box opening. This is a mandatory requirement for returns & exchanges

Please note that the following conditions apply to returns:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Tag on every purchased piece must be unbroken
  • Item must not be used even once
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect
